Useful hints

• Ensure that the application form is fully completed, including any Anti Money Laundering details. Please make sure that the quotation number(s) to which the application refers are included. Without this information, we will not be able to accept the application.
• Remember to include your adviser details.
• Cheques for single contributions should be made payable to ‘Legal & General Assurance Society Limited’.
• Don’t forget to supply your client’s current residential post code.
• We are only able to provide quotes on a Lifetime Annuity basis. We are unable to quote for Scheme Pensions.
• Unfortunately we are unable to backdate Immediate Vesting Annuity quotes.
• We do not accept applications in respect of undischarged bankrupt individuals, or where the pension has vested in a Trustee in Bankruptcy.
• In order to guarantee the rate quoted, we must receive everything we need to set up the annuity before the quote expires.
• We are unable to pay tax-free cash if the application is for an Open Market Option.
• In addition to our conventional annuity product, we can provide your client with a With Profits Annuity quote.
