Rehabilitation and work reintegration

We are very experienced in providing help with workplace adjustments, advice on the Disability Discrimination Act and work closely with employers to agree on revised working practices for the returning employee. Of course it’s not always possible for the employee to return to work in the same role, which is why we also provide support with rehabilitation programmes, career counselling and retraining.

In summary we believe that it’s in the best interests of the employee and the employer that the sick or injured employee is able to return to employment as soon as possible. We can arrange a phased return to work if this is appropriate.

Our benefits management philosophy, therefore, is to use our experience and expert resources to find the best solutions for the employer and employee and to manage the absence process. By taking the lead in this partnership we aim to control absence costs and legislative issues and leave the employer to manage his business.
