New business process and review
- Funds and any outstanding information are requested on the day we first receive the application.
- Where we don't have all that we need to set up a case within 25 days, we chase any outstanding information or funds. We chase again two weeks later and two weeks after that.
- A final review will be made on day 78, after which we'll pick up the case on receipt of requested items.
Where possible, we process cases through the industry wide 'Options' system. This system has helped reduce our average transfer times by around 70% since 2009.
