USEFUL INFORMATION

  • Don’t forget to supply your client’s current residential postcode, so we can check whether their postcode alone could qualify them for extra income.
  • We are only able to provide quotes on a Lifetime Annuity basis. We are unable to quote for Scheme Pensions.
  • We can't accept funds from unregistered, unapproved or overseas pension schemes, or from hybrid (part DB part DC) schemes or block transfers.
  • For Open Market Options we can't accept funds from final salary defined benefit pension schemes including Reference Scheme (S9 2B rights) test benefits and underfunded GMPs. These funds can however be transferred into our Immediate Vesting Personal Pension.
  • We will only pay tax-free cash when receiving funds from immediate vesting transfers or immediate retirement contributions. We won’t pay it for Open Market Options.
  • We can’t backdate immediate vesting transfer quotes.
  • We don't accept applications in respect of undischarged bankrupt individuals, or where the pension has vested in a Trustee in Bankruptcy.
  • In order to guarantee the rate quoted, we must receive everything we need to set up the annuity within 35 days.
  • If your client would like their annuity income paid into a foreign bank account, please contact us for the correct form.
