Your dedicated Priority Protection Team will work with you to drive all of your Priority Protection cases through to completion quickly and efficiently. To reinforce our commitment to provide you with an exceptional level of service from start to finish, we promise:
1. To beat a competitor's premium
We'll beat the standard premium offered by a competitor on high sum assured Term and Critical Illness quotes with our Price Beater (PDF)* offer. You won't have to sacrifice any commission rate in the process.
2. An initial assessment within 24 hours
Following receipt of a fully completed application form we will:
- complete our initial assessment and issue our requirements
- call you to acknowledge its receipt and confirm the next steps.
3. To action each piece of underwriting evidence we receive within 48 hours
4. To telephone you the same day our underwriters make their decision
We'll let you know the underwriting decision the same day it's been made and confirm terms and, if required, discuss alternative options and costs for any cases with non-standard terms.
You will also be able to view the underwriting decision online and in real time through OLP Connect.
5. Throughout the entire we will proactively manage your clients' cases.
We will:
- follow up every case with outstanding underwriting evidence personally by a telephone call.
- provide you with regular updates on the progress of your clients' cases according to your specific requirements.
