Life Distribution Funds.

Our flagship Life Distribution Fund was launched in 1994 and we’re celebrating its achievements, performance and longevity.

Many funds in its sector have come and gone, merged or closed to new investors, but our fund has stayed the course.

Our Life Distribution Fund has proved extremely popular with investors and contains assets of more than £4.6 billion (as at 30 September 2011). Its sheer size allows it to benefit from:

  • Being part of one of the leading fund management groups in the UK, Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM) manages £362billion (as at 30 June 2011), we have the global reach to create portfolios that are not normally available to retail investors.
  • A reduction in trading costs due to the size and scale of LGIM’s buying power,
  • Excellent access to the senior management of companies we are looking to invest with and strong relationships that permit exclusive transactions,
  • A structure that allows our Life Distribution Fund to make the most of the change in fortunes of asset classes and react quickly to changing market sentiment.

Other types of funds

There are now six funds within our wider Distribution fund range, each with it’s own unique aims and objectives:

The value of investments can fall as well as rise, is not guaranteed and your clients may get back less than they invest.
