- Choice between level or decreasing cover.
- Choice of interest rates available on decreasing cover.
- Critical Illness Cover is available as an option at additional cost.
- Split sums assured available if critical illness option is selected.
- If Critical Illness Cover is taken as an option there is a choice between guaranteed and reviewable premiums.
- Other options which can be chosen at outset for an additional cost are waiver of premium benefit and indexation.
- Free life cover available at no extra cost between exchange and completion (or conclusion of missives in Scotland).
- SmoothMove – moving day rescue cover – included at no extra cost if the policyholder is moving house.
