Business Quality Awards.
We're really proud to say that our inaugural Business Quality Awards event was a great success.
The awards were an industry first, as we recognised Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) and Network advisers who have demonstrated a proven commitment to the retention of protection business.
Many IFAs and firms from the Legal & General Network attended the event compered by Adrian Clark, Chief Operating Officer, Protection and hosted by John Pollock, Group Board Director and Duncan Crocker, Managing Director LGN.
John Pollock, Group Board Director, Legal & General Risk Business, said: “I am proud to host the first awards event that recognises and rewards retention and sales quality best practice. Business quality and retention is critical for the protection industry as a whole and vital for advisers to control their business.”

Best Reinstatement Performance Award
- IFA - Assured Futures Ltd
- LGN - Top Quote Ltd
- Overall - Top Quote Ltd
Guy Codling of Top Quote Ltd collected the Best Reinstatement Performance award for both the Legal & General Network category and the overall award.
John Pollock presents Selina Tredgett of Assured Futures with the Best Reinstatement Performance award for the IFA category.
Barry Jones from Thameside Associates picked up both the Legal & General Network category award and the overall award for the Most Improved Performance.
Duncan Crocker with Nick Aumonier of Clarity Financial Solutions, who collected the Most Improved Performance award for the IFA category.
Peter Brodnicki of Mortgage Advice Bureau won two awards on the night, namely the Best Business Practice awards for the IFA category and the overall award.
Martin Noone presents Chris Dillon of LifeSearch with the Best Business Practice award for the IFA category.
Guest Speaker Ian McKenna of the Finance & Technology Research Centre (FTRC) with Michael Robson of Andrews Ltd. Michael picked up the Special Recognition Award for the Legal & General Network category.
Dev Malle of Personal Touch Financial Services collected the IFA category award and the overall award for Special Recognition.
