When our experienced underwriters assess a clients' application they try to build up as complete a picture as possible to provide the best terms.
We use a variety of methods to collect information to aid this assessment which may be requested additionally by us or supplied by the Customer ie Checking your Details (CYD) form.
Unfortunately there may be occasions where we are unable to provide your client with the cover they require and have to decline their application.
