Appeals Process

The Appeals Process should only be initiated once the client is aware of the reason for the adverse decision, either from us or their General Practitioner.

The client should also be aware that if the decision is appealed we may request further evidence which could result in more favourable terms being offered, the decision remaining the same or less favourable terms being offered.
