Following a recent review of our Rainbow Home Insurance product (RBF), we’ve made some changes to further simplify and improve our policy wording. These changes come into effect for new business and renewals from 1 April 2017.

What do you need to do?
We’ve updated our Rainbow Home Insurance policy booklet and policy summary to reflect these changes. If your customer takes out a policy with an inception date on or after 1 April 2017, please ensure that they are given the latest versions of our documentation.
For customers with a renewal date on or after the 1 April 2016, please ensure they receive a copy of our new policy booklet (QGI6390 04/17).
The relevant documents generated from your software system have also been updated.
