If you are new to Legal & General and would like to set up a general insurance agency with us, please contact one of our Business Development Executives on 0121 633 6215 or 0121 633 6234. When you call us please have the following details to hand:

• FSA registered number
• Details of your software house
• Volume of business

Once you have spoken to our team and we have agreed that your business meets the criteria to set up a broker general insurance agency, you will need to complete our Intermediary agency application form (PDF). Please send this back to:

If you are a limited company, you will also need to complete our Personal guarantee form (PDF).
