Rewarding loyalty

Favourites Reward Club has been designed to reward your loyalty to us. All you need to do is make sure we have an up-to-date email address for you and when you're eligible we'll send you an email with the log in details you need to join.

If you believe we haven't got your correct email address, please email us at customerservice.gi@landg.com with your first name and surname, policy number as shown on your documents and email address telling us you want to join the Favourites Reward Club, or alternatively call us on 0370 900 3110.

Your Favourites Reward Club membership will continue for as long as you have an insurance policy with us and have been invited, and you can continue to take advantage of all of the offers, gift cards and vouchers.
