When your policy comes up for renewal, we will send out the renewal documentation approximately 30 days (but a minimum of 21 days) before your renewal is due. All you have to do is call the number on the renewal documentation and confirm acceptance of the quote you are given. If you haven't received your documentation then please call 0800 136 464.
If you change your mind please call the number as shown on your Enhanced Home Insurance policy booklet or call 0800 136 464. If this is after the 15 day cooling off period there may be a charge for the period of time that the property has been insured by us.

Your minimum excess is £250 on a Home Insurance Enhanced policy. However, you can increase your policy excess which should help reduce your premium.
Family legal protection comes as standard as part of the Home Insurance Enhanced product.
