Apply online for a unit trust for children
There are three ways you can apply to buy a unit trust for your child: online, phone or by post.
Before you apply, you must read the relevant Key Information documents including the Simplified Prospectus and terms and conditions listed under key documents in the right hand menu. You should either store these documents on your PC or print them for future reference.
All you need is your:
- National Insurance number
- Bank details
There are two ways to apply by post. You can either:
1. download an application form
or
2. call 0800 027 7169, and request an application form to be sent to you in the post
You should send the completed application to:

Cardiff
CF24 OYS.
You will need:
National Insurance number (if you have one)
Bank details - (bank account for monthly payments, debit card for lump sums)
The funds you have chosen from the list of those available.
After applying
1. We'll post your Contract notes within four business days of receiving your instructions.
2. You can manage your investments at any time online with My Accounts.
