As part of our commitment to stay connected with our customers, we check our records are correct using a trusted external party. Where we believe our customers' circumstances have changed, we take steps to re-establish contact with them.

Please be aware that if you are acting on behalf of the estate of a deceased customer, until we receive the official documentation, we may be limited with the information we are able to provide.
