Unit Trusts.

A unit trust is an investment fund that:

  • Gives you the potential to make your money grow and/or receive an income.
  • Allows you to invest in a range of asset classes including company shares, bonds, commercial property, cash and other specialist investments.
  • Pools your money with other investors', giving a wider choice of investments than if you were to invest on your own.
  • Gives you access to professional fund management so you don't have to choose individual investments yourself.
  • Reduces the risk by spreading your money over a range of investments.
