M&S voucher offer - terms and conditions.

If you take out a life insurance, mortgage life insurance or critical illness policy before 31/03/2012 you will be entitled to a £40 Marks & Spencer voucher.

The following terms and conditions will apply to the M&S offer:

• We will aim to send the vouchers 30 days after collecting your first three monthly consecutive premiums. Please allow time for delivery. 
• Only one gift per transaction in a twelve month period.
• Legal & General reserve the right to cancel any plans or vouchers should they discover or suspect the terms of the offer are being abused.
• If life cover provided by Legal & General has been previously cancelled we reserve the right not to supply the £40 M&S voucher.
• If you cancel before we've collected three consecutive months premiums, you will not qualify for the vouchers.
• Legal & General staff are not eligible for this promotion.
• No cash alternative will be offered.
• Offer may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
• The offer is only valid when applying direct online.
• This offer is not valid for cashback customers
• All terms and conditions also apply to partners, family and friends applying for this offer. 
• Vouchers will only be issued if you apply directly to Legal & General. If you apply via a Financial Advisor you will not be eligible for the vouchers.
