As an AR of the Legal & General Network, you're automatically a member of the club. If you'd like confirmation that you're registered, email us your Legal & General life agency number and we'll make sure you're on our database.

You may need to let Lenders know that your agency number has changed when you submit business to them.

All submissions must be sent online via Launchpad (see the AR centre). To request a payment, you'll need to go back into the Launchpad record upon exchange of contracts.

Proc fees are paid on exchange of contracts, through your Legal & General commission statement.

Procuration fees are pre-paid in advance of the Mortgage Club receiving them from the lenders. It may need to be reclaimed if:

• The fee received from a lender is different to the one pre-paid.
• The mortgage account or case reference number quoted to us is invalid.
• A procuration fee is not received from the lender within a appropriate time (usually six months).
