How to use their service

Once the lender requests a specialist report to be undertaken, if your client is interested in using SX, referring a client is easy.

Step 1
Fill in the client’s details on the online Referral Form on their website, and click submit. It’s that simple. SX will handle things from there.

Important: Make sure you select Legal & General when you complete ‘Network / Mortgage Club’.

Step 2
SX will contact your client to arrange the report, within ½ hour wherever possible.

Step 3
The report is carried out by a local specialist, and will be back with your client within a few working days.

Step 4
Your clients’ mortgage can complete, and you receive your payment.
