MAKING A DIFFERENCE

For every person a mortgage broker helps buy a property, there's another living in fear of eviction, repossession or without a permanent home. We're inviting mortgage brokers to join Shelter’s exclusive membership scheme, Brokering Change, giving them the opportunity to help change someone’s life for the better.

The scheme is very straightforward; brokers simply make a suggested donation of £1 from the procuration fee they receive for each completed mortgage. The process is automated so once signed up we do the rest. In exchange brokers get;

• A membership certificate and poster to display in their office.
• A Brokering Change logo to use on their website or printed materials.
• Their company’s logo on Shelter’s website which links back to their website.
• Membership to an exclusive, industry wide community.
• Regular updates from Shelter on where their money is being spent.
