It’s a requirement of our AR Network that lenders accepting business from mortgage packagers, split the fees payable. This ensures that the advice fee is paid direct to us (to then pass on to you, the adviser), and the packaging fee is paid to the packager.

Listed below are the lenders you may use via an approved packager, as these lenders have agreed to split the fees. Any lender not listed must not be used via an approved packager, but can be approached direct.
