The sales process

Procuration fee claims

You'll need to complete a full Launchpad record and can only claim your procuration fee once you have a Mortgage Account number. Please note, this is the same process you currently follow but needs to be done in all cases whether you manage the mortgage application or introduce your client to a private bank.
