Submitting an application

On submitting your first case you'll need to complete our Intermediary Panel Application Form and attach to your case before forwarding it to us.

Although Legal & General Mortgage Club has already been added as your submission route on the form, please ensure you enter your Legal & General agency number in the relevant box on the form.

When submitting an application, download a Mortgage Application Form and forward to Leek United’s head office at 50 St Edward Street, Leek, Staffordshire, ST13 5DL. You can fax the application to the New Business Department on 01538 392454 but the original application form must be posted to the above address.

To nominate Legal & General as your submission route, download the paper Mortgage Application Form. When submitting your application you need to complete the Header sheet for paper applications.
