If you don’t have an agency number you can register for one through the Agency Registration Service on Origo’s Adviserwise website.
If your company has a master agency number and individual sub agency numbers for each seller, we recommend you register them individually. This will ensure the procuration fee payment process runs smoothly.
If an agency number changes, it’s not possible to transfer membership to the new agency number. Please complete this registration form with your new details, so that we can update your records.

We don’t package or process mortgage applications and we don’t produce KFIs or AIPs. If you have questions regarding a specific product, please speak directly to the appropriate lender. You will need to have registered with the lender in question and advise them that our Mortgage Club will be one of your payment routes.

You can choose to claim your procuration fees on exchange of contracts or completion.
A payment run is generated every working day. If we receive a claim for a procuration fee for a case that has exchanged, this will be generated on the following day’s payment run.
We will credit these fees to your commission statement two working days later, and we’ll pay you on the next available statement date.
We can only pay procuration fees according to the agreement we have with your master agent or network.
