Following positive feedback about Stafford Railway BS who attended our recent Mortgage Club Live event, we wanted to share with you the great things they can offer you and your customers.

They understand that not everything fits the box.

Their lending criteria allows them to offer specialist mortgages, to meet the needs of different personal circumstances that stop your clients placing business at major high street lenders including lending into retirement, self-builders, and to those requiring a guarantor.

Criteria Highlights Include:

  • Day 1 Remortgages on residential and buy to let (non-consumer)
  • No country restriction for ex-pat buy- to-let mortgages
  • Mortgage to be finished by 85th birthday on all residential and buy-to-let mortgages
  • Earned income is used up to age 70 (job dependent) then projected pension income after.
  • Subject to valuer comment on ex-local authority flats
  • Maximum of 4 applicants income for affordability on residential and buy-to-let
  • Holiday Lets 50% LTV
  • No restrictions on acreage and agricultural ties, we rely on local surveyors comments
  • New build house and flats up to 90% LTV
