Newcastle Building Society launches new semi-exclusive products.

Newcastle Building Society is launching a new range of semi-exclusive products available to you,The products include a range of fees assisted 2 and 5 Year Fixed Rates along with replacement All in One deals.

An outline of the new products launching are as follows:

  • 5 Year Fixed Rate2.48% until 31st March 2022, No Reservation Fee, No Completion Fee, Free Standard Valuation, £250 cashback on House Purchases, Free base legal’s on remortgages, Max LTV 80%, Minimum Loan £10,000, Maximum Loan £1,000,000 and 5%/4%/3%/2%/1% early repayment charge until 31st March 2022.

  • 2 Year Fixed Rate 2.46% until 31st March 2019, No Reservation Fee, No Completion Fee, Free Standard Valuation, Max LTV 85%, Minimum Loan £10,000, Maximum Loan £500,000 and 2%/1% early repayment charge until 31st March 2019.

  • 5 Year Fixed Rate 2.69% Fixed Rate until 31st March 2022, No Reservation Fee, No Completion Fee, Free Standard Valuation,  Max LTV 85%, Minimum Loan £10,000, Maximum Loan £500,000 and 5%/4%/3%/2%/1% early repayment charge until 31st March 2022.

  • 2 Year Fixed Rate 2.84% Fixed Rate until 31st March 2019, No Reservation Fee, No Completion Fee, Free Standard Valuation, £250 cashback on House Purchases, Free base legal’s on remortgages, Max LTV 90%, Minimum Loan £10,000, Maximum Loan £500,000 and 2%/1% early repayment charge until 31st March 2019.

  • 5 Year Fixed Rate 3.26% until 31st March 2022, No Reservation Fee, No Completion Fee, Free Standard Valuation, £250 cashback on House Purchases, Free base legal’s on remortgages, Max LTV 90%, Minimum Loan £10,000, Maximum Loan £500,000 and 5%/4%/3%/2%/1% early repayment charge until 31st March 2022.

  • 2 Year Fixed Rate 3.75% (House Purchase only) until 31st March 2019, No Reservation Fee, No Completion Fee, Free Standard Valuation, £250 cashback on House Purchases, Max LTV 95%, Minimum Loan £10,000, Maximum Loan £350,000 and 2%/1% early repayment charges until 31st March 2019.

  • 2 Year Fixed Rate 4.15% (All in One) until 31st March 2019, No Reservation Fee, No Completion Fee, Free Standard Valuation, Free base legal’s, Max LTV 95%, Minimum Loan £10,000, Maximum Loan £350,000 and 2%/1% early repayment charges until 31st March 2019.

  • 5 Year Fixed Rate 3.99% (House Purchase only) until 31st March 2022, No Reservation Fee, No Completion Fee, Free Standard Valuation, £250 cashback on House Purchases, Max LTV 95%, Minimum Loan £10,000, Maximum Loan £350,000 and 5%/4%/3%/2%/1% early repayment charges until 31st March 2022.

  • 5 Year Fixed Rate 4.39% (All in One) until 31st March 2022, No Reservation Fee, No Completion Fee, Free Standard Valuation, Free base legal’s, Max LTV 95%, Minimum Loan 95%, Maximum Loan £350,000 and 5%/4%/3%/2%/1% early repayment charges until 31st March 2022.

  • EFIX500 4.45% Fixed Rate until 30.09.2018
  • EFIX499 4.60% Fixed Rate until 30.09.2018
  • EFIX531 2.70% Fixed Rate until 31.12.2021
  • EFIX533 3.30% Fixed Rate until 31.12.2021
  • EFIX521 4.60% Fixed Rate until 30.09.2021
  • EFIX542 2.40% Fixed Rate until 31.01.2022
  • EFIX541 2.40% Fixed Rate until 31.01.2022
