Santander are making it simpler for you to tell them about changes to an application. It’s quick and easy for you to send them a message via the Mortgage Application Tracking System (MATS) for the following type of change:
If you need to update Santander with other supporting case information, you can send them a message via the Mortgage Application Tracking System (MATS). However, they can’t accept credit/debit card details via MATS. You should continue to phone them with these details.
New additional property form
As a result, the mortgage amendment form has been replaced with a new additional property form under the ‘Calculators and forms’ section of their website for you to tell them about any additional property your customer may own on completion as follows:
If you have sent Santander a mortgage amendment form before 23 November, this will be accepted.
