They lend to customers whether based in the UK or overseas secured against UK properties1 located in Central & Outer London and within the Home Counties2 on an Owner Occupied or Buy to Let basis. Customers can be Individuals, Private Investment Companies, Partnerships or Trusts.
They can provide Regulated, Consumer Buy to Let (CBTL) or Buy to Let mortgage facilities. Borrower’s earnings are considered in both GBP and Foreign Currency.
Islamic Finance is also available.
