The Cambridge Building Society Increase Loan Size for 90% LTV

The Cambridge Building Society will be increasing its loan size for LTV products from Friday, 8 September. The on sale 5 year fixed at 90% LTV will have the maximum loan increased to £525,000. They also will be refreshing their Residential and Buy to Let mortgage range from Friday, 8 September.

 

Other changes include:

  • Introduction of application and completion fee free products
  • Rates reduced across the entire BTL range

However, from close of business on Thursday 7 September the following products will be withdrawn:

 

 2 year fixed rate 85%  2.09% 
90% 2.49%
 2 year discounted rate  85%  1.89% 
90% 2.19%
 Product switch only 2 year fixed  80%  2.29% 
90% 2.79%
 Product switch only 5 year fixed  80%  2.99% 
90% 3.49%
 BTL 2 year fixed 75%  2.69%
 BTL 5 year fixed 75%  3.49% 
 BTL 2 year discounted rate 75%  2.49%
 BTL 3 year fixed (product switch only) 75% 3.49%
