Kent Reliance make important changes to improve their service.

The last few months have been extraordinarily busy, and this has impacted the level of service Kent Reliance have provided for you and your clients. They wanted to let you know that they have been making important changes to their services in order to meet your requirements. 

The changes they’ve made include:

  • Doubling the size of their broker liaison team to support the high level of demand
  • Simplifying some of their internal processes to speed things up
  • Significantly increasing staff numbers in their underwriting team 

These changes have helped them to improve their service, and they are currently processing applications received from 31 May 2017.
