Great News from Accord as they Increase Residential Procuration Fees

12 May 2017

From Monday 15 May Accord will increase their procuration fees for all new residential mortgage applications.

This will increase to 0.45% gross with a minimum of £200 and no maximum limit.

They know that brokers are delivering a high quality of service to customers with a huge variety of needs in an increasingly complex market and regulatory landscape. The increase in their procuration fees is part of their commitment to help brokers to support their customers.

The increase is also in recognition of the fact that they work in partnership with brokers, clubs and networks.  They are doing this as part of Accord’s commitment to listen to and act on feedback from our Key Partners.

Buy to Let gross procuration fees remain unchanged at 0.50%.

Existing pipeline business is unaffected by this change.
