4.5x income for mortgages up to 95% LTV

Changed to accurately reflect the needs of borrowers and intermediary partners 

Probationary periods

Now accepted for professional applicants providing they have completed a minimum of 3 months in their new employment at the date of application and had at least 6 months continuous employment in the same occupation immediately prior. 

Fee Free Products

Residential and BTL product launches with no booking or arrangement fees (free valuation and remortgage legals included) 

Enhanced self-build criteria

Including an increase in maximum LTV (75% on the purchase of the land and 80% of the build costs), consideration of joint venture developments where the development is under 16 properties and consideration of developments where existing property is to be demolished.
