Buy To Let Overview

  • Up to 75% LTV
  • Available to Limited Companies and Individuals
  • No minimum income requirement
  • Standard and Specialist products available
  • First Time Landlord products also available
  • No minimum period of employment or self employment

Residential Range Overview

  • Our Residential range is designed for clients who may have experienced a minor blip on their credit rating in the past. We provide a Standard and Specialist products:
  • Our Standard product is for those clients with no CCJs/Defaults or Mortgage Arrears in the last 2 years.
  • Our Specialist product is for those clients with minor CCJs/Defaults or Mortgage Arrears in the last 2 years.
  • We also cater for FTBs. 
  • We lend to 85% LTV on the Standard and FTB range and to 80% LTV on the Specialist range.
