Our products

We offer a range of fixed rate and tracker mortgages for first-time buyers including those using shared equity schemes, home movers, remortgagers and buy-to-let investors. We offer a broad range of LTVs up to 90%.

Submitting an application

Applications should be submitted online at the NatWest Intermediary Solutions web site. You will need to choose Legal & General from the drop down box.

Once your application has been submitted, fax your KYC Declaration and all supporting documentation to 0131 523 9555, or send in the post to:

Please submit the supporting documentation as soon as you receive the Mortgage Reference number from us and include this number on every page of the documentation you send. 

If we do not receive your supporting documents within 10 working days of you submitting the application online, we will assume you do not wish to proceed and remove it from our pipeline.
