Submitting an application

It's easy to submit an application. Simply go to our dedicated Intermediary website at www.teachersbs.co.uk/intermediary

To do an online client assessment giving a quick indication of your client’s eligibility for a Teachers mortgage click 'Application process', 'Your Clients' and 'New', then follow the online instructions. It’s still really important to check your client meets the lending criteria though and applications are always subject to full underwriting and credit checks.

Click 'Create KFI' to produce online KFI’s for standard residential mortgages. These can be saved, viewed or amended and you can create as many as you like. For BTL and part interest only, part repayment mortgages please call the Mortgage Sales team on 0800 378669.

To submit by post, click 'click here for a mortgage application form'. Print the application form and fill it out with your client's details. Then post it to Teachers Building Society, Mortgage Sales, Allenview House, Hanham Road, Wimborne, BH21 1AG with the Submitting application documents required  PDF: 41KB requested on the submission form.
