Residential property reports across the UK from valuations to building surveys

We manage over 450,000 surveys nationwide on behalf of mortgage lenders, and our valuation and survey reports are now available directly to you. Our many years of experience also means we can help you choose the right product for the property you're interested in.

Your mortgage lender's valuation is not undertaken for your benefit. It simply allows them to understand the likely value of the property should they need to repossess it. They do not have to share that information with you. Your own survey can save you considerable sums of money as it is your report that details work that may need doing, repairs or improvements that have taken place, and gives you a value of what you are buying. Your own survey means you know exactly what you are getting for your money.

"We understand how property ownership touches wider financial considerations. There are times in life when it's important to know the value of a home. We can help by using locally based members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, supported by first class administrative support."
Steve Goodall, Managing Director, Legal & General Surveying Services
