We'll then cancel the plan. If there has been a fall in the investment value of the contract during the period before we received your instructions to cancel the plan, the refund may reflect this.
If you don't take this opportunity to cancel, but decide you want to do so at a later stage, you can't get any money back until you take your benefits.
