Aimed at staff and non-executive personnel and designed for the mainstream planning needs of employees, our Group Personal Pension enables employers to offer something extra above the required basic stakeholder pension with a range of funds and lifestyle profiles to select from.

A broader fund choice 

Currently, there are 59 funds in total including With Profits, our funds and funds from other providers.

There’s also a large choice of lifestyle profiles.

To appeal to a wider cross-section of employees, the number of investment funds available is greater than under our Group Stakeholder Pension Plan.

Remember, the value of investments can go down as well as up and is not guaranteed.

Any money invested in the plan is tied up until employees take their benefits.

Low-cost group plan 

The Annual Management Charge (AMC) is taken from each fund.

Our underwriting team sets the charge on a scheme by scheme basis.

Current rates range from 0.3% to 1.0% each year and can be a single flat rate or tiered rates. Any investments in an externally managed fund incur an additional AMC currently of 0.15% to 1.10% each year.

Currently there are no charges for stopping or re-starting contributions, switching funds or transferring to another plan.

Please note all of the above charges can be varied, but we will give advance notice before we make any changes. 

Remuneration options

This plan is available on a fee income basis or with commission.

The types of commission:

  • initial (multiple of the first monthly contribution)
  • level plus override (percentage of contribution)
  • percentage of fund basis
  • Commission clawback terms apply.
