  • We've developed centres of excellence for stress, cancer and musculoskeletal conditions using treatment provided by relevant experts.
  • Our exclusive agreement with CBT Services Ltd can provide the employee with up to 24 sessions of cognitive behavioural therapy, the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) treatment of choice for stress conditions. This results in over 67% of stressed employees returning to work in the first year.
  • Using our new traffic light system we can provide CBT, paid for by us, in two weeks after notification for those employees who would benefit most.
  • Similarly our unique agreement with Leading Rehab provides functional capacity assessments for musculoskeletal conditions and physiotherapy sessions funded by us.
  • Our arrangement with EMR Services provides independent professional support from specialist cancer nurses with advice on cancer services, support grants and much more.

Work reintegration

We’ll keep you fully informed about an individuals rehab programme through regular progress reports. Whilst rehabilitation is underway, we’ll work with the employer and their occupational health provider in any return to work programmes that our specialist providers may recommend.

Rehabilitation support
Step 1
Once we receive an absence notification form an independent specialist will contact the employer to discuss the absent member’s situation.
Step 2
The independent specialist will then contact the member for an initial assessment and to complete a member’s statement form. We may ask for more medical evidence to help with the ongoing management of the absence.
Step 3
Based on the independent specialist report, the member may be recommended appropriate support, such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) or functional capacity evaluation (FEA).
Work Reintegration
Once therapy has started, the independent specialists will keep all parties informed and put in place the return to work programme.
