We want to reduce the impact of auto enrolment on you, leaving you to focus on what’s most important to your business. That’s why we’re developing solutions to the two main administrative burdens of the pensions reform; assessing employee eligibility and dealing with the employee decision-making process.

WORKSAVE SELECT

WorkSave Select is an eligibility assessment service for our Workplace Pension schemes, designed to identify employees who qualify for auto enrolment.

To perform the assessment, employers will need to provide us with information about their employees, including employee age, earnings, contributions and employment start date. On completion of the assessment, WorkSave Select will provide details of who is eligible for auto enrolment and who isn’t. It will also confirm those who may need further assessment, for example, those who have received one-off bonus payments.

With WorkSave Select, we can take the responsibility of eligibility assessment out of employers’ hands, but still enable them to fulfil their auto enrolment obligations.

WORKSAVE CHOICE

WorkSave Choice has been designed to facilitate the employee decision-making process and the administration behind it.

It’s a web-based support system, which gives employees access to view and amend their details, find out more about pensions and investments and opt out. It allows the employee to interact directly with us, again reducing the strain on employers.

WorkSave Choice enables us to take responsibility for:

• Issuing enrolment notifications to employees;
• Facilitating the employee decision-making process, including the choice to opt out, as well as decisions about their pension if they choose to remain in the scheme;
• Organising any refunds that can be made to employees who opt out; and
• Providing bulk refunds and reconciliation to you for opt outs.
