WE WERE CROWNED WINNERS OF TWO INDUSTRY-LEADING AWARDS FOR BEST GROUP PENSIONS AND INSURED/HYBRID SIPP AT THE TECHNOLOGY ADMINISTRATION AND SERVICE (TAS) AWARDS 2010.

The awards, which were held by the Financial Times Asset Management Group on Wednesday 27 October, recognise the achievement and competitive edge of product providers in delivering the different – yet interdependent – disciplines of technology, administration and service.

The awards were judged by a panel of independent industry experts and judged based on:

• Support to customers through personal contact
• Speed of response and turnaround of case queries, new business quotes etc
• Quality and consistency of administrative staff and the processes they control
• Business generated through customer satisfaction

As well as scoring highly on the judging criteria, we were highly commended on our flexibility and imagination in setting up pension schemes tailored to our customers’ varying needs, with great service and support being a key differentiator.
