Back in January, readers of Pensions Week were invited to submit slogans to encourage people – especially those in the younger age ranges – to save for retirement. Of 56 slogans submitted three winners were picked and three communication agencies were asked to bring them to life in the form of poster adverts.
Judges really liked the simplicity of the idea submitted by our Employee Engagement Manager – Greg Mills. The idea was based on word play to get the customer to think about their future. The idea could be tailored to specific groups or audiences with particular objectives.
Greg commented "within Workplace Savings, we are committed to helping employees save for their financial future whilst in the workplace. The key to engagement is standing out from the crowd, capturing the interest and doing something a bit different. We help a number of clients implement their pension schemes using the most innovative engagement methods".
This equates to a workforce who interact with their employee benefits and become advocates.
