Stress Toolkit.

Our stress toolkit is designed to help manage the impact of stress in the workplace - one of the biggest causes of long term absence.

This easy to use tool has been developed in association with Rethink Mental Illness for your line managers. It provides them with training, advice and information to help them identify the signs of stress and mental health issues, and take preventative action.

We hope that managers feel more confident that they'll be able to take more action before stress and mental health problems become serious concerns for both your employees and you, the employer.

The interactive online toolkit includes:

  • Stress management challenge - helps your managers to recognise how individuals approach stress differently and understand the best ways of handling each manifestation
  • Downloadable certificate - available on completion of the stress management challenge
  • Information about four different types of stress - psychological, emotional, physical and behavioural
  • Video content - expert advice on dealing with stress related issues at work
  • Helpful links - to information and advice services on stress
