What online tools do you have?

WorkSave Select

WorkSave Select is our online eligibility assessment tool, which enables employers to identify any employees who have to be auto enrolled.

You need to provide us with the following employee information:

  • age
  • earnings
  • contributions
  • start dates.

WorkSave Select assesses this information and provides you with details of who is eligible for auto enrolment and who isn’t.

It will also highlight those employees who may need to be assessed again.  For example, you may want to re-assess any employees who recently received a one-off bonus payment.

WorkSave Select takes the hassle of eligibility assessment away from employers, allowing you to fulfil your auto enrolment obligations whilst remaining focused on the needs of your business.

WorkSave Choice

WorkSave Choice is our online service for employees, which allows them to:

  • view and amend their details
  • find out more about pensions and investments
  • opt out if they don’t want to remain in the scheme.

WorkSave Choice also offers a number of additional benefits to employers.

It can help reduce the impact on your business – and save you even more time - by:

  • issuing enrolment notifications to your employees
  • organising employee refunds for those who opt out
  • providing bulk refunds and reconciliation for opt outs.
