We’ve expanded our Training and Development Team

We’re pleased to announce that we’re growing our Training and Development team.
Over the past few months, James Gittins - our Intermediary Training and Development Manager, has been working closely with both our GI Key Account Managers and our partners, to develop bespoke training plans to meet the needs of Advisers up and down the country. Head of Intermediary, Sarah Watts, said: "The feedback James has received has been fantastic and highlighted the need for comprehensive General Insurance training. We’ve listened to our Advisers and as a result of this James Kelly will be joining the training team to bolster our wide range of development opportunities."

  • Tailored programmes to enhance GI sales

Our Training and Development Managers

James Gittins

James has been with us for 15 years across Protection and GI and is currently the dedicated Training and Development Manager for Intermediary General Insurance. In his spare time James has run nine marathons and raised over £10,000 for various charities.

James Kelly

James has more than 11 year’s insurance experience with us. His previous roles include Account Executive and Account Manager. James is a huge Aston Villa fan, he's had a season ticket for 12 years.
