Product And Technical Support – What We Do And How We Support Your Clients
Synergy are completely independent and whole of market dealing with over 150 funders directly. We have strong capability throughout the network, and have a strong reputation of developing local and central relationships. Synergy deal directly with funders and do not work with packagers. This means we always find the best terms available to meet client requirements.
Synergy are full members of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB), two Synergy directors are board members of the NACFB, demonstrating commitment to fairness, honest and transparency.
Synergy’s services are available to individuals, partnerships, limited companies, PLC’s, pension schemes, trusts and companies including overseas borrowers.
Our network members source and place all types of commercial finance for businesses. A full lending assessment takes place on all cases to identify the best solution and funder for a case. Synergy network members prepare a detailed application for lending requests which is submitted to the funder. Synergy have gained an excellent reputation for presenting strong applications to the correct source of funding.
How Can We Help You?
Synergy have a strong combination of local and central presence allowing us to develop meaningful relationships with you and your client. We are driven in exceeding introducer and client expectations and tailor our service both to the introducer and client. Speed of action is at the heart of what we do, and introductions from L&G Mortgage Club members will be acted upon within a maximum of 24 hours (normally within the same day of enquiry). Our network does not charge for any initial discussion.
We welcome our introducers to work closely with Synergy network members throughout the transaction, or alternatively we are equally comfortable if you wish to hand the deal over for us to complete. Please be reassured we will keep you and your client informed throughout the process. Should you wish to maintain the relationship and have Synergy deal through you this is also acceptable.
Initial discussion will be free of charge, subsequent discussions/work will be subject to an appraisal fee. All fees are transparent and notified prior to a client instructing one of our network members to act on their behalf.
Procuration Fees And Charges – What’s In It For You?
At Synergy we adhere to the NACFB code of conduct and have treating customers fairly at the heart of what we do. Fee structures are bespoke and dependent on the complexity of the case. Fees are discussed and agreed with the client ahead of commencing with the transaction ensuring your client has full transparency prior into entering into an agreement with Synergy.
An appraisal fee of a maximum of £795 maybe payable when instructing a Synergy broker to act on a case, all other fees are payable on successful completion of the transaction.
We are a whole of market commercial broker and are able to support your clients with a wide range of commercial funding options, we will pay you on successful completion of deals in this wider commercial funding area.
We will pay you 35% of the broker fee and funder procuration fee on completed cases.
