  • Professional landlords with large portfolios - 5 applications initially to a value of 2.5 million. after six months experience we will consider up to 10 or a third of the portfolio whichever is lower to a maximum of 5 million

  • Five properties on one freehold
  • Holiday Lets
  • Maximum loan size £1m, subject to £5m total
