The Cambridge will accept BTL applications for mortgages in England and Wales. 

Residential 

The Cambridge will accept residential applications for mortgages in the following counties: Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk, Northamptonshire and Suffolk. 

If your client is an existing borrower with The Cambridge and wishes to move out of the area we can continue to lend to them throughout England and Wales.
