Our customer app is super simple and secure. It lets the customer:

  • Track their mortgage application at every stage
  • View all their important documents in the app’s Vault area
  • View and accept their mortgage offer in the app
  • Access your details, so they can easily come to you for advice
  • Access 24/7 help and support for the app 

How the Digital Mortgages journey works

Once you’ve advised your customer and progressed them through the DIP process to an accept decision, it’s over to the customer to:

  • Download the Atom bank app to their compatible smart device
  • This should be done by both applicants on separate devices, if it’s a joint application
  • Enter their mortgage activation code – they’ll will have already received this by SMS or email when the DIP has been submitted and accepted
  • Start tracking their mortgage journey in app (and you can do this too in your Portal)
  • Accept their offer and T&Cs in the app! Both applicants must accept the offer and T&Cs in their own app if it’s a joint application.

We don’t have branches or a sales team so there’s no dual pricing.  Plus, any further advice the customer might need is arranged through you – and we pay a full procuration fee on new business and product retention.

We offer 24/7 support to your customers, 365 days a year.
